WHEW! Is It Over Yet?

I've been asking everyone in my travels these days, "Is it over yet?" LOLOLOL and....most folks know just what I mean and how I feel. It certainly has been a marathon month.

This week like all of you Peeps, we have been straight out busy. Of course we're even late
with all our mailings to Peeps back east, but, no worries, we haven't forgotten you, just the
older I get, seems the slower I get.

Well, another year bites the dust! 2009 is a blur for us as I’m sure it is for most everyone else. A most wonderful year.

Living on the gorgeous Southern Oregon Coast is still one big Party. We beach all the time, sail, hike, play with our miniature horses, travel around the west, just always things to do, and of course being married to Bill is just one big adventure. If I can survive 15 hard years in the state of Vermont, this is a cake walk.
We get to enjoy all our friends children, and there are so many too! Lots of fun, being Auntie and Uncle to all.

We miss all our friends all over this country, and our guest room is always ready for your visit.
Have a safe and healthy holiday, and may 2010 crawl ever so slowly to savor each precious moment.

Won't keep you long here, just wanted to wish all we love and care about a wonderful
day with each other, and those you love.

here's some pix, worth a 1000 words.  hugs, all!

Bill is safe and sound!

Well Peeps  Bill is safe and sound.  I have been getting
phone calls from all over the planet asking if he was one
of 3 climbers on Mt. Hood recently who have died or
vanished.  He told me they went risking the bad weather
predicted.  He would never go, unless conditions are
perfect.

However I did (as I have in the past) tell him no more Mt. Hood.
It always seems to chew climbers up.  There are many other

cascade mountains to climb, and he's made the summit of Mt. Hood at
least a dozen time.  So help me out here Peeps, tell him, "no

more Mt. Hood climbs!" This is Bill at the summit of Hood.

In other news around here this week, just the usual holiday
bizzzie-ness, as was I'm sure with all you peeps, weather
was much better, warm, sunny, today wet and chilly.

Bill is almost done working on our horse trailer, it will
be awesome getting the minis to the beach.  Lots of pix
will be taken.

Stay safe out there all our Peeps that we love, and we'll
check in with you next week.

Love,
Bill and Linda

December 6, share for fam and friends

Not liking to take a lot of your precious time especially this time of year, I try and
keep our weekly "share" short and fun for you to visit.
Started weekend with a fun visit via Pizza nite!  Tradition here for 12 years now!  Friends, and now their fast growing children.

Got all (not much really, just enough for some holiday cheer) holiday decorations
and lights up just in time for the kids delight too.

On Saturday, went for a glorious hike with William, got some much needed shopping done, (without William too!) and took some amateur videos of Bill and Nelson sailing.
Watch Bill and Nelson sail!

On Sunday, spent quite a few hours playing with beads in my playroom, it was way cold here,
so cozied up indoors for most of the day.  Then later in the afternoon when it warmed up,
we took the minis for an outing.  Phineas is such a Poke.  We trailed way behind Bill, Mika
and Trubble.

Came home, and motored out to Chuck's Seafood in Charleston for fresh Dungeness Crab,
and smoke Salmon fins with with baked spaghetti squash for Sunday nite dinner.

Simple fun, simple food, and great friends make "Life Is Good."  Just wish we could
live closer to our family.  So.....this is the best I can do to keep you close in our lives.

Miss everyone!  More next week.
